DEZHOU YITONG
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the enquiry form and restricted team area handle information on this website.
Who to contact
This website operates under Dezhou YITong, the international-facing brand of 德州市亿立方机械有限公司.
For questions about personal information submitted in an enquiry, contact Andy at lkvicky2003@gmail.com.
Information submitted through the enquiry form
The required fields are your name, email address, country and intended application. You can also provide company, phone or WhatsApp details, pressure and flow requirements with units, electrical supply, daily operating hours, air quality requirements, ambient conditions, quantity, project details and one supporting file. The form stores the source page and related product context so the team can understand the enquiry.
The form requires acknowledgement of this policy before submission. Please share only information needed to assess the project. Do not upload identification documents, financial account details or confidential third-party information that you are not entitled to disclose.
Storage and access
Submitted enquiries and permitted file bytes are stored in the project’s managed MySQL database hosted through Manus infrastructure. The website uses restricted, authenticated team endpoints to view enquiries and download files. Files are not intentionally published as public website images or public download links.
A submission reference is returned only after database saving succeeds. Enquiries are not placed in the public page HTML or sitemap. Public visitors and ordinary signed-in accounts are not granted access to the team enquiry area.
Why the information is used
The team uses the supplied details to assess the compressed air requirement, request clarification, discuss suitable configurations and prepare or coordinate a quotation. We may need to share the relevant technical requirement with a prospective supplier for the project. Avoid including personal information in drawings or specifications that a supplier does not need.
This implementation does not enrol form submitters into an advertising mailing list, publish customer reviews or sell enquiry records. Any future marketing subscription or new data use would need a separate disclosure and an appropriate choice.
Email, WhatsApp and notifications
The contact email and WhatsApp links open external services. Their processing is governed by those services and the way you choose to communicate. A message sent through them is not automatically saved by the website form.
The form records an enquiry and a notification status. A saved enquiry reference confirms database storage; it does not confirm delivery by email or WhatsApp. When a notification provider is used, it receives only the enquiry details needed for the notification.
Security and submission checks
The form validates required fields, text limits, numerical values, units and file size/type on the server. It uses a short-lived signed submission token, a honeypot and timing/rate checks to reduce spam. Security checks may use a hashed representation of the connection address and submission timing; the form does not ask you to supply an IP address.
Only PDF, PNG and JPEG files up to 5 MiB are accepted in this implementation. File validation reduces risk but is not a guarantee that every uploaded document is safe. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Hosting infrastructure may maintain operational logs required to run and protect the service.
Cookies and the restricted team area
Public selection pages and calculators do not require a customer account. The team sign-in uses Manus OAuth and an application session cookie. A short-lived nonce cookie helps validate the sign-in process. The hosting platform can also apply its own access and session controls.
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not saved as enquiry records unless you separately provide them in the form. No advertising tracker is intentionally included in the website code.
Retention, correction and removal requests
Enquiry records remain in the database until an authorised operator reviews and manages them. To request access, correction or removal, contact Andy using the email above and provide the submission reference if available. The team may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
This policy does not promise an automatic statutory deadline or unconditional erasure from all backups and infrastructure logs. Applicable requirements depend on the circumstances and relevant jurisdictions.
Updates
This policy will be reviewed when hosting, notification, retention practice or form processing changes. It describes the functionality stated above and does not make a general certification of legal compliance.
